Ian Killmore fulfilled a dream in 2000 when he changed the name of his well-established building company to one that reflected its family values. The name changed but the way the company went about its business didn’t and close to fifteen years later Killmore & Sons is still the building company people turn to first when looking for renovations, rebuilds, and new homes in the Illawarra, South Coast and the Southern Highlands.

At Killmore & Sons we have always understood just how important your home is to you. We know that the work you are entrusting us to carry out is probably the biggest single investment you will undertake in your life and so we always strive to do our utmost to provide you with a communicative, personal service that will make you feel involved and in control of the process from start to finish.

Killmore & Sons has been around for a while now but we’ve never taken our finger off the pulse when it comes to the changing rules and regulations within the industry. A builder with 35 years experience Ian Killmore has been a member of the Housing Industry Association for over 30 years and we’re all well schooled in the acquiring of approvals for any elements of the build, including Basix Certificates, Bushfire Reports, Development Applications, and any other bureaucratic processes that might need taking care of when it comes to constructing your new home.
